Our wrapping grade and softforming veneers with special backing enforcements and customized sanding allow the processing of complicated profiles and smallest radii. Our products are manufactured in close cooperation with our customers. Based upon their requirements we use various fleece and adhesive applications (e.g. PUR-adhesive). Customized sanding down to 300u thickness creates a worry free product.

Special finishing systems were developed for wrapping and softforming veneers, offering a range from clear ground finishes to completely finished color matches. Color and gloss grades are matched to customer color samples. Our sales representatives will gladly assist you with any technical application inquiries.

Wrapping grade veneers are offered in widths up to 630mm. Since existing machinery can be used in the application process, manufacturers using foil and paper products can also utilize and offer real wood applications in their products. Continuous banding for face veneers, wrapped components or veneers for the printing industry are only a few examples for its various possibilities.
